In Stella Shapiro's 2nd grade class, everyone always looks forward to the end of the day for one game... Balloon Toss! The winner gets to take a balloon home. Stella has tried all year to win... but with no luck. When she steals a balloon and her best friend gets blamed, will she stand by and watch? Or will she take responsibility for her actions?
